Upgrade Packs
You want your software to grow along with advances in technology, but
without having to disrupt the way your office works. Rather than producing
major software revisions every few years we release improvements incrementally
through Upgrade Packs. Upgrade Packs include the latest software improvements
to VolunteerWorks - like new features or report formats; and What's New:
documentation that explains the latest software functions.
Since
Upgrade Packs introduce software improvements more gradually, you don't have
the disruption and re-training requirements that often accompany major software
revisions.
The software enhancements you receive in the Upgrade Packs
are easy to set-up in minutes and they are always compatible with your existing
database. Plus you can always keep using VolunteerWorks the way you have in the
past (you can continue to use your favorite reports, for example), but
you’ll also have new enhancements and features as you go.
Although there is not a set schedule for Upgrade Packs, we generally release
them about once a year. |
