Support Services You can
count on us if you need help setting-up or using VolunteerWorks.
We
offer two support service options. You choose the option that best fits your
organization:
Our support service programs put you in
touch with VolunteerWorks experts: staff professionals skilled at setting-up
and using VolunteerWorks, who understand the day-to-day operation of a
volunteer program.
These services are designed for everyone from
beginners who might have a basic question about using VolunteerWorks, to
information services professionals who have technical questions about
installing VolunteerWorks on their network.
The cost-effective
Online Support option gets you fast answers to
VolunteerWorks questions via e-mail or the Red Ridge web site, plus access to
the online VolunteerWorks knowledgebase. The Basic Support
option also include telephone support. Both options include software
updates.
We include your first year of support service with your initial
VolunteerWorks purchase. You can renew your support service on an annual basis
thereafter, and even change your level of service when you renew. We encourage
customers to maintain a support option beyond the first year so they will
always have access to help if they need it, and the latest version of the
software.
