With Online support you make technical support inquiries in writting by e-mail or through our web site, and you receive written responses via e-mail.

With Basic support you can also make technical support inquiries by phone. With the Basic service long distance charges apply when you call from outside the 812 area code.

Both services include

  • Automatic VolunteerWorks software upgrades.
  • The Red Ridge Wire e-mail newsletter.
  • All subscriptions are for one year
Basic support subscribers may occasionally call at a time when all of our support staff are assisting other customers. In these cases the caller may choose to hold or call back at a later time.

Online subscriptions do not include include technical support via telephone.

Customers are welcome to switch from one support option to another when they renew their subscriptions.
