Basic Support Service
Choose Basic Support if you want to be able to ask technical support questions
by phone. Basic support includes:
- Technical support by e-mail, web site,
or telephone.

- Automatic VolunteerWorks
Upgrades
Technical support
VolunteerWorks experts are ready to help answer any questions you may have
about setting-up or using VolunteerWorks by phone, e-mail, or online inquiry.
Telephone support is available weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to Noon, and 1:00 p.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time via a toll call. You can make e-mail and online
inquiries at any time. There's no limit to the number of inquiries you can
make. Red Ridge Wire The Red
Ridge Wire is our e-mail newsletter. It includes tips and techniques on using
VolunteerWorks and other helpful technology information for volunteer
leaders. VolunteerWorks Updates and
Upgrades VolunteerWorks Upgrades include the latest software and
documentation. Updates keep VolunteerWorks current with changes in technolog,
and are released several times each year. Cost New
VolunteerWorks systems come with Online Support
included. You can optionally upgrade your first year's support to
<I>Basic</I> support service when you order VolunteerWorks. After
the first year you can renew Basic support services for $189 for single user VolunteerWorks systems, and
$299 for five-user network systems (visit
the Store for rates if your system has more than 5 users).
