basic information about your organization and your shipping and billing
address. If you pay with a credit card, we maintain your credit card
information only until your purchase is approved by your credit card company.
This is usually complete within minutes of your order. After that we store only
the last four digits of your credit card number to help you verify the account
used for your purchase should you ever review your order.
When you
submit inquiries through RedRidge.com we ask for your e-mail address or fax
phone number so we may respond to your inquiry. We never disclose these e-mail
addresses or phone numbers to others. We maintain a log of inquiries and our
responses. This information helps us better shape our products and services to
the needs of our customers.
2. Will Red Ridge disclose the
information it collects to outside parties?
Red Ridge does not give,
sell, trade, or rent information about its customers, or the people who visit
our web pages to others.
We may disclose summary statistics about our
customers and service utilization, but these statistics will include no
personally or organizationally identifying information. Red Ridge may release

at RedRidge.com?
Our on-line store at www.VolunteerTools.com is
protected by Network Solutions, an industry standard and among the best
software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of
your order information, including credit card number, so that it cannot be read
as the information travels over the Internet (SSL).
