VolunteerWorks Version 3, you can convert the volunteer information from your
VolunteerWorks program directly into Volgistics. If you have VolunteerWorks
support services, you can apply the unused portion of your support service fee
to your Volgistics account. |

A Volgistics Conversion Utility is part of VolunteerWorks version
3.0.41 and later. You can use this to transfer your volunteer records from
VolunteerWorks to Volgistics.
If you'd like, you can run the conversion
initially to see how your data will look in Volgistics while you keep using
VolunteerWorks. Then if you decide to switch to Volgistics you can clear your
Volgistics account and run the conversion again.
The Guide to
Converting From VolunteerWorks to Volgistics explains more about how the
conversion works, and it includes complete instructions for using the utility.
Be sure to obtain and read this document before using the conversion utility.
The conversion utility will not change any of the information in your
VolunteerWorks database.

If you’re ready to switch from VolunteerWorks to Volgistics
and you have a support service subscription for VolunteerWorks (either
‘Online only’ support, or ‘Basic’ support), Red Ridge can
credit your Volgistics account for the unused portion of your VolunteerWorks
support service subscription.
1. Print a copy of the Volgistics™
Service Transfer Request PDF file, available here:

2. Complete the request and fax it to Red Ridge
at the number shown on the form before the date you want to start using
Volgistics. Be sure you read and understand the terms of the credit printed on
the form.
